Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping & Delivery

Most products on our website display current stock availability, but please keep in mind that shipping times may vary. We maintain a large inventory and have strong relationships with our suppliers, aiming to dispatch orders within three business days. However, the availability information provided is a guideline and not a guarantee, as external factors may affect it.

At this time, we only dispatch to addresses in mainland UK. 

Due to high demand, UK couriers and transport companies are currently unable to guarantee delivery times. Please consider this when placing your order, as we are experiencing slight delays in deliveries.

Some items, such as larger portable power stations, may require specialist couriers. While these couriers are typically reliable, they may not offer tracking or timed delivery.

In some cases, we may need to send orders for multiple items through different courier networks, which means you could receive your items at different times.

Most orders placed before 12noon on a business day will be shipped from our suppliers on the same day, provided the product is in stock. If you need to confirm an item’s stock status or lead time, it’s advisable to call our sales team at 01765 647 166.

Please note that the processing of payment and acknowledgment email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Goods damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery in order to pursue a claim. Please inspect your delivery promptly and do not accept any packages that appear damaged. If you do accept a damaged package, make sure to sign for it as “damaged” and ask the delivery driver to note the condition. Regardless, you must inform us within 48 hours; we cannot accept claims for damaged goods after this timeframe.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order prior to its dispatch, provided there is no special agreement to order the item specifically for you. This policy applies unless you are a business or company, or if the intended or actual use is commercial in nature. If the item has been dispatched before you notify us of your cancellation, you will need to return the product according to our returns policy, at your own cost.

You may return an unwanted item under the following criteria, provided you are not ordering goods as a business or company:

  • The item must be in ‘as new’ condition. It should be unused, in its original packaging, and must not be marked or damaged. For example, if you opened the box to examine the product, you must have done so without damaging or marking the product itself. Please include the original box, packaging, and accessories, and do not write directly on the packaging.
  • Electronic items sent in sealed packaging cannot be returned if the seal is broken, unless the item is faulty (see the warranty section below).
  • You must notify us in writing, either by letter or email, within 14 working days of receiving the item. Keep a copy of this notification for your records.
  • You must then return the goods to us within a further 14-day period.
  • The order must not be for a business or company, nor intended for business or commercial purposes.

Items must be returned to us or to the specific supplier (who will be advised at the time of your notification). Items returned to us or our suppliers that are not in ‘as new’ condition will not be refunded, and any costs to return the items to you will need to be paid before we can process their return.

Please note that if you request an exchange for other item(s), you agree to pay the standard delivery charge that would apply to those item(s) if purchased through our website’s checkout procedure.

We cannot be held responsible for lost returns; therefore, please ensure you return items via an appropriate courier or insured method, as we do not accept any liability until the items are received by us or our suppliers. All costs associated with the return of unwanted items are your responsibility, and returns must be sent to the correct dispatch warehouse. We will inform you of the correct address upon your notification of intent to return an item.

Goods should be returned with adequate protection to ensure that both the goods and packaging reach us in good condition. If any items are damaged in transit, you will need to pursue a claim with the courier or mail service you used, as we will not be able to pursue this claim on your behalf.

All goods returned to us or our suppliers as unwanted will be examined upon return. Any refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we agree to accept the products back in accordance with our terms and conditions. Any free or bundled items received with the product must also be returned. If they are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund on an individual basis, excluding any discounts that may have previously been applied to the product.

Lastly, any deposits received to secure items to be delivered as part of a business-to-business contract for the supply of goods are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

Warranty & Replacements

All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, this warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage. Additionally, it excludes products or parts that are considered consumables or that become faulty due to normal use.

If you need a faulty item to be replaced, repaired, or refunded, please note that Outpowered acts as a reseller for the goods and services provided through our website. Therefore, the warranty for each individual product is subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and is managed by the original manufacturer. Outpowered is happy to assist you in contacting these companies to address any warranty issues, but we are not responsible for the products themselves.

Please be aware that warranty periods for commercial use can differ from the standard private use warranty mentioned on each product page (which is typically one year maximum). If the warranty period for business use is important to your purchasing decision, please contact us for specific details.
